Our Staff

Krasner has 49 Years of experience in various facets of Emergency Medical Services and Health Care. His experience began working for New York City EMS System. Krasner has worked in a myriad of EMS environments, including volunteer, for-profit, non-profit, fire department and hospital-based systems. His  background includes EMS education, quality improvement, system design, operations management, financial management, information systems, regulatory compliance human resource management and risk management. Krasner has held senior leadership positions including assistant chief of paramedic operations for the City of Philadelphia ALS program (EMS Council), Vice President of Operations and CFO for US HealthTec, Inc., Division Administrator for Trauma and Flight (PENNSTAR) at the University of Pennsylvania Health System and as Corporate Director for Medical Transportation Systems.

Krasner held the position of Adjunct Assistant Professor at Drexel University, teaching a variety of EMS leadership courses, for over 17 years.  Krasner is a registered nurse, registered Respiratory therapist(inactive), and EMT-paramedic(inactive) and holds an MBA in Health Care Administration and a Juris Doctorate (JD). Krasner is also six sigma black belt certified and has successfully implemented 2 six sigma projects. Krasner is also Certified in Healthcare Compliance. Krasner is a member of the California Bar and maintains a small consulting and law practice specializing in EMS and  Provider Defense for Post Payment Review. Krasner has taught a variety of health care administration, law, ethics and policy classes at both the graduate and undergraduate level.

Krasner  continues his  healthcare career as an Advanced Practice Nurse (Nurse Practitioner) in Family Medicine after having established the Group Practice; Anchor Family Health Care located i Little Egg Harbor ,NJ.  Krasner  manages the group practice and continues to see patients.
